canceling & modifying orders

We process orders immediately, so we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once we receive it. If there are any issues with your order upon receipt, you can return it for any reason within one year of the purchase date -- check out our Pure Matters Guarantee.

We ship all orders using FedEx. You have a choice between Standard (3-7 business days), Expedited (1-3 business days), Second Day (2 business days) or Next Day (24 hours) shipping.

Orders ship within one business day of order placement.
